革新的ＩＴシステム導入プロセスの事例についての一考察

Abstract

業務効率化のための各種のＩＴシステムの導入が進められようとする中で、そもそも「革新的な」システムとは、従来の業務とは異なる状態を達成しようとするものであるから、従来の形で業務をおこなってきた組織内での抵抗は反発が予想される。したがって導入プロセスにおいては、単に購買プロセスというにとどまらず、実際の導入にあたり、業務の現場における個々のワーカーの戸惑いなどに対して、説得し、新たな方式のメリットを理解させ、新たな方式での業務遂行に慣れさせるというプロセスが必要となる。このようなプロセスを理解するために、いくつかの事例をヒアリングという方法で調査して考察する。

Introduction of an innovative IT system involves changes in organizations. The innovative IT system is designed to achieve a different flow, protocol or structure in the workplace. People in the workplace are accustomed to their present work flow, protocol or structure. However, they are told to fit into a different style based on the innovative IT system, which tends to cause reluctance in workplace. Therefore, they need to be convinced, understand the effectivenesses of the innovative IT system and the new style of work. The challenge of an introduction of a new system is not only on the aspect of procurement process, but on the prolonged organizational reluctance in every user unit of the workplace. Consideration will be made on some case studies from interviews.
