職場における心理的居場所感の特徴
個人属性、類似概念との関係の検討

Abstract

心理的居場所感はメンタル・ヘルスにおいて重要な概念だと言われており、また職場における知識の共有を促進することなどが示されている。しかし、職場における心理的居場所感に関する研究は少なく、その特徴も定かではない。そこで、本研究では、心理的居場所感と個人属性や類似概念（組織内自尊感情、心理的安全、優越感）との関係を検討し、その特徴を明らかにすることを目指す。

Psychological Ibasho (one's psychological place) is said to be an important concept in mental health, and psychological Ibasho has been shown to enhance knowledge sharing in the workplace. However, there are few studies on the psychological Ibasho in the workplace, and the characteristics are not clear. Therefore, in this research, in order to clarify the characteristics of psychological Ibasho, I aim to examine the relationship between psychological Ibasho and the personal attributes or similar concepts.
