介護医療現場におけるICTの活用ビジネスモデル

Abstract

中国と日本の介護業務について、それらを効率化に向けた改善点を検討したところ、人材不足への対応、職員の介護スキルの向上、介護サービスの適正化（過不足のないサービス）などが求められると考える。これらを満たすための方法として、最近、介護現場におけるICTやAIの導入が注目されている。
　それにより、介護記録の電子化を進め、事務作業の短縮を図ることができたり、介護ロボットを導入して、身体的負担を軽減することなどが可能となる。
　本論では、ICTやAIなどを用いた介護業務の効率化について筆者の見解を論じる。
