スマートフォン専業証券について今後の展望と考察

Abstract

近年、証券業界ではFinTechサービスを積極的に検討、導入している。本報告では、大手・準大手証券におけるFinTechサービスの一つであるスマートフォン専業証券に着目する。野村ホールディン グスは2019年にLINE Financialとの合弁会社であるLINE証券を設立した。他にも大和グループ本社と東海東京フィナンシャル・ホールディングスがスマートフォン専業証券を設立している。これらについて経営戦略の視点で各社を分析し、現状課題と今後の展望について考察する。

In recent years, the securities industry has been actively considering and introducing FinTech services. In this report, we focus on smartphone-only securities, one of FinTech services in major and semi-major securities. In 2019, Nomura Holdings established LINE Securities, a joint venture with LINE Financial. In addition, Daiwa Group Headquarters and Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings have established smartphone-only securities. We analyze each company from the viewpoint of management strategy and consider the current issues and future outlook.
