近年、AIの実用化など技術発展が急速に進んでいる中、労働人口の減少や働き方改革の推進のために、生産性向上を目的としたホワイトカラー業務の自動化を実現する必要がある。これらの業務改善効果を最大限に発揮するためには、業務の棚卸や可視化を行い、自動化する対象の作業手順を明確化する必要がある。しかし、これらを十分に行っていないことから、ツール導入に留まり、本質的な部分の改善効果が生み出されていないことが原因で失敗している事例がある。そこで、本報ではRPAの適用による効果確認とRPAの適用に至るまでの現状分析および事前整理に重点を置いて業務改善を図った取組み事例について紹介する。
In order to responding to declining working population and promote work style reform, it is necessary to realize the automation of white-collar operations for the purpose of improving productivity. It is necessary to carry out stocktaking and visualization of business and clarify the work procedure to be automated, so as to maximize the effect of improvement in business improvement.
