グループワークのリーダー立候補に影響を与える要因に関する研究

Abstract

近年の教育現場ではアクティブ・ラーニングが増加している。中でもPBL（Project Based Learning）を代表としたグループワークが増えている。グループワークの教育効果研究としては、評価手法や教材など様々な研究が行われているが、グループのリーダーに関する研究は少ない。本研究では、大学という階層構造の無いフラットな関係でのリーダー選出に着目し、学生の「リード・ザ・セルフ」行動を促す条件について研究を行う。

In recent years, active learning has been increasing in educational settings. Above all, group work represented by PBL (Project Based Learning) is increasing. As research on the educational effects of the group work, various studies such as evaluation methods and teaching materials and so on have been conducted, but there are few studies on the group leaders. In this research, we focus on leader selection in a university that means the less hierarchical structure. We will research the conditions that candidacy students to take "Lead-the-Self" behavior.
