ワークプレイスの何がワークプレイス・フレンドシップに影響を与えるか？

Abstract

ICTツールの台頭により、ワークプレイスは、オフィス空間をはじめとしたリアルなワークプレイスと、ICTツールを用いたオンライン空間におけるバーチャルなワークプレイスが混在することになり、大多数のワーカーはこれら二つのワークプレイスを併用している。そして、人々は仕事に多くの時間を費やし、その中でのインタラクションを通じて、ワークプレイス・フレンドシップを育んでいく。そこで、研究目的をリアルとバーチャルの二つのワークプレイスを併用するワーカーを対象に、ワークプレイスの何がワークプレイス・フレンドシップの発生と強化に影響を与えるかを特定することと定めた。研究目的達成のために二つの研究課題を設定し、分析した。

Due to the rise of ICT tools, workplaces have a mixture of real workplaces such as office spaces and virtual workplaces such as online spaces that use ICT tools. And employees use both workplaces. Employees spend a lot of time at workplaces and foster workplace friendship through the interaction in the workplaces. Therefore, the research subject is employees who use both real and virtual workplaces. And the research purpose is to identify what kind of workplaces affect the occurrence and strengthening of workplace friendship. Two research questions were set and analyzed to achieve the research purpose.
