2020年は世界中でコロナウイルスが猛威を振るっており、証券業界では大きな影響が出た。本報告では、対面証券とネット証券へのヒアリング調査を通して、対面証券が営業自粛により売上が減少している中、ネット証券ではこの騒動が追い風となり新規口座開設数が大幅に増加したことを確認した。
The year 2020 has seen a major impact on the securities industry as the coronavirus rages around the world. Through interviews with face-to-face and online securities firms, this report confirms that while face-to-face securities have seen a decline in sales due to business restraint, online securities have seen a significant increase in new account openings due to a tailwind from the disturbances. - Keywords
