お薬手帳の電子化促進に向けたデータ信用確保の提案

このサービスは、患者の認知力低下による処方記憶の喪失や薬局の入力の誤りに対して処方実績の正しさを保証するサービスである。このアプリケーションは、患者の薬データの改ざんを防止し、正確なデータを表示することでデータの信用性に繋がる。しかし、現在は対応した手法が不足しており信用性が欠けてしまいサービスの提案が困難となり、お薬手帳アプリに改ざんがあった場合にアプリケーションの信用性が欠けてしまうのである。そのために、アプリケーションの信用性を改善するために、Hyperledger Irohaのプライベートブロックチェーンやブロックチェーンのハッシュ関数を用いてお薬手帳アプリの信用性を改善することが課題である。
This service is a service that guarantees the correctness of prescription performance against loss of prescription memory due to deterioration in cognitive ability of patients and input errors at pharmacies. This application prevents tampering with the patient's drug data and displays accurate data, which contributes to the credibility of the data. However, at present, there is a lack of corresponding methods, and the credibility is lacking, making it difficult to propose a service, and if the medication notebook app is tampered with, the credibility of the application is compromised. Therefore, in order to improve the credibility of the application, it is a challenge to improve the credibility of the medicine notebook application by using the hash function of Hyperledger Iroha's private chain or block chain. - Keywords
