企業情報システム開発プロジェクトにおいて，プロジェクトの実施前に見積もられた工期や工数がプロジェクト完了後の実績と一致する，もしくは，見積から大きく乖離しない範囲で収まることが期待される．しかしながら，今日においても多数のプロジェクトでの失敗が報じられ，とりわけ開発規模が大規模化するにともない高い比率で計画通りに開発作業が進んでいない実態が指摘されている．本研究ではある大手システムインテグレーション企業でのシステム開発プロジェクトを調査対象とし，計画段階で予見されたリスク評価と，事前に見積もられた計画工数に対する実績工数との差異に関する因果関係を探る．
The enterprise information system development projects are expected to achieve low rates of workload(person per month) overruns. However, most surveys show that performance on the enterprise information system development projects are poor with high rates of workload overruns and produces high failures rates, especially as the scale of development increases. In this study, we investigate the information system development projects of the major system integration company and address the causal relationship between the risk assessments at the planning phase and the difference in the workload between planned and actual. - Keywords
