日本人の起業に対する意欲が顕著に低いと指摘されているが、本稿は起業意識が高い在日中国人の起業家を対象に、起業に関する意識・活動についてアンケート調査を行う。調査結果の分析から、在日中国人起業の実態を明らかにするとともに、今後の外国人起業人材の誘致について考察する。
While it has been pointed out that the Japanese are enthusiastic about entrepreneurship, this paper surveys Chinese entrepreneurs with a high awareness of entrepreneurship about their awareness and activities. From the analysis of the survey results, it helped clarify the actual situation of Chinese entrepreneurship in Japan and consider the future attraction of foreign entrepreneurial personnel. - Keywords
