改善活動継続事例の特徴抽出のための問いかけリストの提案

改善活動を有効に継続させることは実務上重視されている一方で，研究面からは，有効な改善活動を継続させるために，どのようなマネジメントを行うべきかについての示唆は，十分に体系化されてはいない．このような中，改善活動の長期継続事例の研究からは，改善活動の進展に大きな影響を与える足踏み状態とその発生箇所が示されている．
本研究は改善活動を長期継続し，多大な改善成果を上げる化粧品メーカーE社の改善活動件名89件を対象とした事例研究である．個別の改善件名の調査を通じ，E社全体の改善活動が長期継続に至るまでの経緯を確認した．そこから改善活動が継続した事例の特徴を明らかにするための問いかけリストの作成を行っている．
Effectively sustaining Kaizen activities is a major focus in business, however there has not been sufficient accumulation of theoretical framework regarding appropriate type of management that should be implemented to sustain effective kaizen activities. In the midst of this, a prior research shows the standstill conditions that have grate effect on the progress of Kaizen activities and the occurrence points of those in the process of a Kaizen activity.
This study focuses on eighty-nine Kaizen activities subjects of cosmetic manufacturer E which sustains Kaizen activities for the long-term effectively. Through analyzing Kaizen activities subjects, authors confirm the details to realize sustaining Kaizen activities over the long-term. In addition, the question list to extract features of sustaining Kaizen activities case is constructed. - Keywords
