| Abstract |
発表者は、すでに、自己認識タイプ別の「望ましいリーダーシップスタイル」の相違についてのデータについて、発表しているが、今回の発表では、「一般的に見て望ましい」リーダーシップスタイルと、「自分にとって望ましく思える」リーダーシップスタイルの相違について、アンケート調査をしたデータから得た結果を発表する。「一般論」と「自分のため」とで、同一のリーダーシップスタイルを「望ましい」と回答した者が多かった半面で、「一般論」とはまったく異なるリーダーシップスタイルを、「自分のため」に選んだ回答者も多かったのだが、どのような属性の回答者からそのような回答が出たのかを分析して発表する。 |

| This presentation is to report further analyses on the survey results which was discussed in the previous presentation on different leadership styles by this presenter. About the half of the respondents of the survey answered the same "desirable" leadership styles in general and for themselves, but the rest of the respondents answered different leadership styles for themselves as opposed to the "desirable leadership styles in general". This presentation is explain the detailed analyses on this survey data. | |
