がん地域連携クリティカルパスにおける医薬品情報提供の価値と役割

Abstract	わが国のがん医療均てん化が進められる中、地域のがん医療連携体制にがん地域連携クリティカルパス（以下、がん連携パス）の整備と活用が要件化された。がん連携パスは、様々な医療情報の共有ツールとしての役割もあり、がん薬物療法における効果やリスク管理などへの利活用も期待されている。本稿では、がん連携パスにおける医薬品情報の導入状況に着目し、WEB公開されている各都道府県のがん連携パスをビジネスモデルの構成要素の視点から分類評価を行い、がん連携パスにおける医薬品情報の利用可能性を経営戦略論の視点から明らかにする。これにより、がん連携パスの強みをより効果的にがん医療体制に還元できると考えられる。
	On the cancer medical cooperation organization of the region, maintenance and practical use of cancer region cooperation critical path (CRCCP) became required conditions. It also has a role of a share tool of various medical information, and the utilization to an effect, risk management, etc. in cancer medication is also expected. In this paper, its attention to the introductory situation of the drug information in CRCCP, classification evaluation was performed for, targeted the CRCCP of prefectures on WEB, from the viewpoint of the component of a business model. Availability of the drug information in CRCCP is made clear from the viewpoint of a management-strategy theory. Thereby, it is thought that the strong point of CRCCP can be more effectively returned to cancer medical organization.
