| Abstract | システム分析は基本的に客観的視点によって行われてきた。概念モデルには、そのため、既存のものを写し取ったものであるとの考えがみられる。しかしながら、今日の社会状況は不変なワーク・システムや情報システムをよしとしないところある。イノベーションのためには現実が作り出される前に、先にアイデアを作り出し、概念を写し取る概念モデルが要請される。かって、システム分析は情報システムの柔軟性の無さから、また自然科学的思考法の影響から客観的システム分析が当然視されてきた。しかし、環境の変化はそれに根本的な変化を求めている。本稿はシステム分析を認識論の視点から、理論および実践の両面に渡り議論し、両者の橋渡しの可能性について議論する。 |

| Systems analysis (SA) has been primarily practiced from the objective viewpoint. It has been thought that the conceptual models can capture reality there. Current social circumstances do not favor invariable work systems or information systems that are based on the conceptual models. For management innovation, creation of ideas prior to that of reality is requested. It is then requested that conceptual models capture and represent the ideas, ie. concepts. So far, objective systems analysis has been taken for granted, possibly because IS has been inflexible and scientific approach has had heavy influences over SA. However, environmental changes require drastic changes in SA. This paper discusses, in both theoretical and practical areas, systems analysis from epistemological point of view, and a possible bridge between them. | |
