情報システムプロジェクトへの経営者の支援行動を確実に実現するための一考察

Abstract	情報システムプロジェクトの失敗が後を絶たない。その要因としてプロジェクト・マネジャーが率いるプロジェクト・チームの力量不足が指摘されることが多い。しかしそれ以外の要因として、経営者を初めとするステークホルダーの支援不足が見過ごされてきてきたことは否定できない。筆者は先行研究において、経営者のプロジェクトへの支援行動に焦点を当て、どのような支援行動がプロジェクトを成功に導くのかを事例研究に基づいて明らかにした。一方で、これらの支援行動はあくまで経営者個々人の判断に基づいて実行されており、誰かが強要できるものではない。本稿では経営者のそれらの支援行動をより確実に実現するための方策を、組織論や意思決定論の知見を踏まえて検討する。
	Failure of information systems projects is unending. In many cases, the lack of capabilities of project team, led by project manager, is pointed out as the cause of failure. But as other factors, the lack of support by executives, representing various stakeholders, has not been paid sufficient attention. In previous research, author made it clear what kind of behaviors of executives lead the project to success, based on case studies. On the other hand, such behaviors are performed according judgments of their own, and could never be forced by anyone. Actions to elicit their support activities absolutely are discussed, referring previous researches about organizational theory etc., in this paper.
