無形資源による地域貢献の可視化
徳島県神山町を事例として

| Abstract | 今までの地域振興施策の殆どが有形資源に対する補填、拡充であり、巨額の財が継続的に流入する特例地域を除き、不確かな供給源に依存した多くの地域は結果、一過性の賑わいに終始した。このような地域事例が蔓延する中、当初から無形資源に対し的確な施策を講じてきた地域が徳島県神山町に存在する。そこでは創造的人材によるクラスターが形成されており、明瞭且つ持続的な賑わいが醸成されている。本稿では神山町をサンプルに、現地及び文献調査を通じて得た情報を基にして、無形資源がもたらす地域への貢献度を、社会的インパクトを測る新たな手法であるSROIを用い、可視化させることを試みる。 |

| The most of the conventional area promotion measure are filling and expansion for tangible resources,except the exception area where a large amount of fortune flows into continuously,many areas depending on an uncertain source of supply were transient turnout throughout.While such an area example spreads, there is the area that took a precise measure for immaterial resources in Kamiyama-cho, Tokushima.A cluster by the creative talented person is formed, and sustained turnout is bred clearly there.I use SROI which is new technique to measure a social impact and, based on the information that got Kamiyama-cho through a field work and documents investigation in a sample in this report, try that I visualize a contribution degree to the area that formlessness resources bring. | |
