Abstract	本稿は、知識創造プロセス(Nonaka & Takeuchi, 1995)をマネージし、促進するリーダーシップのさらなる研究に向けて、賢慮型リーダーシップ(Nonaka & Toyama, 2007)に焦点を絞り、その問題点を明らかにする。第一に、賢慮型リーダーシップという概念のサーベイを行う。第二に、賢慮型リーダーシップにおける問題の所在を説明する。最後に、知識創造という文脈における、リーダーシップ研究の今後の方向性と実証研究の一部を示す。
	This paper clarifies problems of the concept of phronetic leadership (Nonaka & Toyama, 2007; Nonaka et al., 2008) towards further studying the substance of leadership managing and enabling knowledge-creating process (Nonaka & Takeuchi, 1995). Firstly, this paper commences with a review of literature on the concept of phronetic leadership. Secondly, the location of problems of phronetic leadership is explained. Finally, this research shows the direction of future research and part of substantiated research on leadership in the context of knowledge-creating process.
