研究開発における知識創造と組織機能

| Abstract | 本研究は、企業のイノベーションに関係する内部提携や外部提携などの組織コーディネーション機能と、知識創造を促す組織能力として注目される知識吸収能力Absorptive Capacity（ACAP）との関係を明らかにすることを目的とした。具体的には日本の大手製造企業に対してACAPを中心とする知識創造と組織運営に関するアンケート調査を実施し、回答を得た125社の定量データから、内部連携、外部連携、ACAPという3つの組織機能と研究パフォーマンスとの関係を統計分析した。結果、内部連携と外部連携は、知識吸収能力を媒介変数として研究パフォーマンスに影響を与えていることが明らかになった。 |

| The purpose of this research is to clarify the relations among some organizational coordination functions such as Inter-unit Ties (IUT) and External Ties (ET) in R&D contexts, and Absorptive Capacity (ACAP), which is recently paid much attention because it is regarded as one of the cores of organizational capabilities in strategic management, by analyzing quantitative data of the 125 Japanese public large manufacturing companies based on a questionnaire survey about R&D activities and organizations. The analytical result showed that IUT and ET made significant influence on the R&D performance via the mediator of ACAP. | |
