Abstract	近年、ITなくして企業活動を行うことは難しくなってきた。そのため、IT投資は経営戦略推進上重要な意思決定事項となり、かつ投資額も相当な金額となっている。にもかかわらず、IT資産は取得額が貸借対照表上の資産として計上されるのみで、IT資産の本来の価値が見えにくくなっている。本研究会は、IT資産の評価に対する問題提起と、その評価方法に関する検討を進めている。
	IT is indispensable to drive the business on all companies in today. Thus, IT investment is one of the most important decisions making to shape the business strategy, and its amount is not little. However, the "value" of IT assets is not adequately evaluated, and IT assets have been only recording an amount of the acquisition cost as the assets on the balance sheet. This study makes clear the issues in the evaluation of IT assets, and attempts to design the framework of value-evaluation on IT assets.
