環境配慮行動の規定因に関する研究
行動経験の差による規定因の比較分析

Abstract 政府や企業が、消費者の環境配慮行動を効率的に促進するためには、消費者の環境配慮行動の規定因を解明することが欠かせない。特に、環境配慮行動の経験に応じた規定因の違いを明らかにできれば、消費者の環境行動経験に応じたフレキシブルな対応が可能になる。そこで、本研究では、環境配慮行動の経験の差による環境配慮行動の規定因の違いを明らかにすることを目的とし、省エネ行動に関するアンケートを実施し、アンケートデータを基に共分散構造分析を行った。本分析により、行動経験の差による規定因の違いを実証的に明らかにするとともに、政府や企業が消費者の環境配慮行動を促進するための政策的な示唆を得た。
It is required to elucidate the determinants of environmentally-conscious consumer behavior so that governments and companies can effectively promote consumers to practice environmentally-conscious behavior. In particular, by clarifying the difference in the determinants according to the experience of environmentally-conscious behavior, it would be enabled to take appropriate actions in accordance with the consumers' level of experience. The purpose of this study is to clarify the difference in the determinants according to the consumers' experience. We carry out a questionnaire about energy saving behavior and conduct Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study empirically demonstrates the difference in the determinants according to the consumers' experience and provides policy makers and business practitioners with important suggestions to promote environmentally-conscious consumer behavior.
