ソフトウェア開発におけるオープンソースソフトウェア(OSS)の導入に当たっては、開発コストや期間を短縮できる利点と，その知的財産権を主張できなくなるなどの欠点の双方を考慮し，意思決定を行う必要がある。考慮すべき点は，市場競争力，技術経営・知財戦略, 開発投資,人材スキル,標準化・アライアンス、事業戦略など多岐に渡る．また，それぞれの考慮点は独立事象ではなく，複雑に絡まり合っている可能性がある． 本研究では、オープンソースソフトウェア(OSS)の導入判断にあたっての評価軸とその要因を構造化すると共に、意思決定手順を明確化できるかを試行する。 |
