経営の設計と計画と行動に関する一考察

| Abstract | 経営をシステムとして捉えた場合、数多くの経営に関する議論が展開されている。しかし、時代の変革と供にその実態は変化しており常に理論と実態との間に乖離があることを認識すべきである。経営の理想と現実との整合性が取れないことが様々な問題を発生させ，経営としての信頼感を低下させている。今回、経営の基本的構造を基に、経営の機能・行動といった内容に基づいて、経営の統一的な考察を論理展開することを試みる。 |

| When management is regarded as a system, discussions on numerous management are being developed. However, it should be recognized that the reality changes with changes in the times, and there is always a gap between the theory and the actual situation. The inability to maintain consistency between management ideals and reality causes various problems and decreases confidence as management. Based on the basic structure of management, we will try to develop logical and unified thinking of management based on the contents of management functions and actions. | |
