| Abstract | キュリティの対策が進まない要因の一つとして中小規模企業の経営者が高度サイバー攻撃の脅威や影響の大きさを十分に認識していない事がある。そこで、経営者がサイバー攻撃のリスクを認識し、対策要否の判断が出来るように、その必要性に気付かさせる方法を検討する。また、中小規模企業においてもCSIRT等の導入・対処を事業の必要性に合わせて進めることが出来るようにするためのアプローチとしてリスクの認識と対処の考察を試みることとする。 |

Factors that security countermeasures for small and medium-sized enterprises do not advance are important.The top does not fully recognize the threat of advanced cyber attack and the magnitude of influence.Therefore, in order for the top to recognize the risk of cyber attack and to be able to judge whether or not countermeasure is necessary, consider the way to notice the necessity.We will also be able to proceed with the introduction and coping of CSIRT etc. in small and medium-sized enterprises. As an approach to this we try to consider risk recognition and countermeasures. |
