協創力創発のための対話型映画の提案
―NPO法人ワップフィルム作『未来シャッター』の事例から―

| Abstract |
近年、映画による地域活性化が注目を浴びている。主たる議論としては、交流人口拡大のための観光領域、地域アイデンティティー形成のためのコミュニティ領域に集約されることが多い。 映画『未来シャッター』は、中小地域間連携による産官学金、市民の協力により、大田区を拠点とするNPO法人ワップフィルムが企画・製作した。本作は、従来型の地域映画と異なり、鑑賞後の対話を通して、鑑賞者、主催者、制作者、出演者等が各々の立場を越境し、新たなアクションへ繋げていっている。本研究は、本作の構造を明らかにし、協創力を創発して価値の再創造を行うためのファクターを洗い出し、複雑・大規模化する社会課題解決の新たな一方策を提示する。 |

In recent years, regional revitalization by movies has attracted attention. As a major discussion, it is often concentrated in the tourism area for expanding exchange population, community area for regional identity formation. In the case of The film "Mirai Shutter" was planned and produced by NPO Wup Film based in Ota Ward, through collaboration between industry, government, academia and government, through cooperation among small and medium regions. Unlike traditional local cinema, viewers, organizers, creators, performers, etc cross over their respective positions and lead to new actions through dialogue after appreciation. In this research, we clarify the structure of this work, identify the factors for re-creation of value by creating cooperative creation, and present a new way to solve social problems that are complicated and large scale. |
