事例研究：石垣市と産業能率大学による地域振興を目的とするPBLの運営
－座学と演習の補完的カリキュラムの構築－
1) 産業能率大学
| Abstract | 学生が学びの主体となるアクティブラーニングのうち、課題解決型の学びをPBLと定義する。ビジネス系学部におけるPBLの意義とは、教員－学生に加えて、第3者である企業・団体がリアルビジネスとの接点を提供することにより、学生の実践力を向上させると同時に、経営学に対する知的好奇心を醸成することにある。今回は、産業能率大学経営学部 初年次生を対象とした石垣市の産業振興をテーマとするPBLを取り上げる。そこから見えてきたのは、演習での学びによって、彼らは学ぶ楽しさを覚えることができるが、ビジネスとして創造性・実現性が高い企画の立案には、普遍的な理論学習との学びのリンクが必要なことである。 |

Through practical learning such as field work and group study, to set academic goals and to improve problem-solving abilities and mutual communication skills are called Project Based Learning (PBL). Faculty of Business Administration in many universities practices PBL with third parties like private companies and public organizations. This report describes one year activity regarding the cooperation of Ishigaki-City, Okinawa and Sanno University, school of management for the promotion of the local industry. In these activities, the relationship made the students have more fun in learning and to stimulate their intellectual curiosity. Also, we found that the practical activity and lecture-style learning was not alternative but complementary to create practical and innovative solutions. |
