| Abstract |
様々なオンライン会議用のシステムやアプリケーションが上市されており、リモートワーク環境が整備される方向性にあると考えられる。一方で、ミーティングへの出席者が同一の場所で会した話し合いを行うリアル会議と比べ、インターネットを介して話し合いを行うオンライン会議は、雑談を含む対話が生まれにくいので、劣るといった指摘も行われている。その結果、知識の創出に際しては、SECIモデルの共同化と表出化 が分断されているのではないだろうか。 本発表では、まず、オンライン会議による知識創造の阻害要因と欠点の克服策を明らかにするためのリサーチ・デザインについて述べる。 |

It is necessary to be allowed to work remotely due to workstyle diversification and women's social advancement. It is allowed to work from home in some companies. And there are variety of application software for online conference. It is therefore going to drive new environment for remote-work. On the other hand, it is said that there are less small talks in online than off-line conference in which all participants get together in one place. It seems to be disconnection between Socialization and Externalization. It is hence said that online conference is inferior to off-line conference in terms of knowledge creation force. We are, in this paper, aiming at making sure obstructive factor and its countermeasure for knowledge creation in online conference, and create research strategy. |
