ETC2.0プローブデータを活用したドライバーの危険運転度スコアリング・システムの提案

Abstract

ETC2.0は、ETC普及時よりも早い速度での普及が進んでおり、走行履歴や車の挙動履歴など蓄積されるデータ量が大幅に増加している。一方で、それらのデータ活用については進んでおらず、我が国の政府も、行政や民間レベルでのETC2.0の利活用を後押ししている。本研究で使用するETC2.0プローブデータは1か月分で400GBもありそのままでの利用が難しいことから、2015年4月～2016年3月までの1年間における10か所の観光地での危険運転回数に焦点をあて分析を行った。本研究では、ETC2.0データを用い、観光地ごとの場所の影響や天候の勘案した、各ドライバーの危険運転度スコアリング・システムの提案を行う。

As of the end of October 2017, the utilization rate of ETC 2.0 is about 15%, which is getting widespread at a faster rate than at the time of ETC spread. Since the ETC 2.0 probe data used in this study has 400 GB for one month and it is difficult to use it as it is, from 10 April 2015 to March 2016 in 10 tourist spots Analysis was conducted focusing on the number of reckless driving. In this research, we propose a reckless driving degree scoring system for each driver, taking into consideration the influence of places for each tourist spot and the weather, using ETC 2.0 data.
