Abstract

戦略への追随性を高めるために、従来型の堅実なアプローチをするIT部門に加え、スピードを重視した開発を進めるために、バイモーダルITのアプローチが採用されてきているが、デジタルトランスフォーメーションの時代において、もう一段加速したアプローチが必要となってきている。
本論ではデジタルトランスフォーメーション時代のシステムの特徴をアーキテクチャ面から整理し、従来から提唱されているパースレイヤーアプローチを改めて採用する必要が出てきたことを示すとともに、その場合のIT部門の組織例についても提案する。

Bimodal IT was born by creating a "fast" IT function that sat parallel to the "slow" IT function to meet up with the requirements from technology organization. But to catch up with the Digital Transformation, another faster approach is required.
In this paper we describe the characteristics of the systems for the digital transformation and then show the Pace Layered Approach fits to manage these systems, and show the example of a new organization for IT division .
