我が国主要野菜の農産物生産経営
人口減少下の遠関東圏産地の諸作目について

Abstract

現在我が国の主要野菜供給は、市町村区域の産地登録に基づいて生産と出荷をモニターし確保調整を図られている。農の多面性と寒暖適時性およびリスク分散の点で、地方野菜生産は維持される理由がある。農家数減少下において地方産地の数はなお多い。しかし出荷実績は減少を免れ得ず、商業利用を含め域内自給が自覚化されるようになり、一極集中消費地への供給は別途再編が求められる事態である。これらの状況について公開情報を総合して検討を試みる。

Now in Japan main kinds of vegetable is monitored in production and shipment at quantity and price on the farming municipal registration system. They are often at local land as to agro diversity and sustainability, also for all year availability and climate risk hedge. Under local especially agro shrinking any entity would manage farming to in-area consumption including industrial use. Megalopolis faces on realistic goals on their food security possibly taken by nearer places following SDGs. Current cases I investigate to try to argue.
