Abstract

この1年、経営コンサルタントとして、「働き方改革」の一手法として、RPA(Robotics Process Automation)の導入を推進してきた。
その過程で、企業変革（働き方や、業務プロセス等）の担い手は誰なのか、問い続けてきた。
その経緯を示し、各位と議論を深めたい。
