「デザイン思考」がITシステム開発にもたらす構造変化に関する考察

Abstract

近年、「デザイン思考」による商品・サービス開発が注目されている。なかでも過去数十年来開発手法が変わらなかったシステム開発現場においても、その適用が始まりつつある。開発プロセス、工期、コストにおいて従来とは全く異なる効果を生み出し、IT産業における構造変化をもたらす可能性を秘めている。
本報告では、「デザイン思考」の概要・先行研究について整理し、システム開発現場における適用事例、および「デザイン思考」がもたらす構造的変化について考察を行う。

In recent years, product and service development by "Design Thinking" has attracted attention. Above all, its application is beginning to be applied to system development projects where development methods have not changed in the past several decades. It has the potential to produce totally different effects in the system development process, development period, and costs, and to bring about structural changes in the IT industry.
In this report, we summarize the outline and prior research of "Design Thinking", and consider the application cases in the system development field and the structural changes brought about by "Design Thinking".
