本研究の問いは、災害対策に力を入れる企業とそうではない企業があり、その違いが何に由来のするのかである。本研究は、自分が実際に経験した事柄から学びを得ることである経験学習（Experiential Learning）と、歴史的なイベントが、将来の社会的事象を生み出す要因としてとらえる刷り込み学習（Imprinting Learning）に焦点をあて、組織の創業期とそれ以外の時期の災害経験が災害後に対する組織のリカバリー能力に与える影響を実証するための研究計画である。研究計画では、両理論に基づいて仮説を導出したうえで、利用すべきデータと変数を検討したうえで、仮説が実証された場合の貢献について説明を行う。
The research question of this study is the origin of differences between companies that are focus on disaster preparedness and those that do not. This research focuses on experiential learning, which is learning from one's own actual experiences and imprinting learning, in which historical events are viewed as a factor of creating future social events. This research plan focuses on demonstrating the impact of disaster experiences during the organization's start-up period and other periods on the organization's ability to recover after disasters. The research plan will derive hypotheses based on both theories, examine the data and variables to be used, and then explain the contribution of the hypotheses if they are proven. - Keywords
