リモートワークへの移行に伴い、チームの主な活動場所はオフラインからオンライン上へと移り変わった。メンバー間の距離は物理的に開き、オフライン時の職場のように「同じ空間を共有する」ことがなくなったため、メンバー同士の関わりは薄まった。しかしチームを維持し高い成果を生み出すためには、チーム内における対話のリッチネス低下を防ぐ必要がある。本研究は、オンラインコミュニケーションツールを駆使し、主にオンライン上で活動を行っているチームを対象とし、オンラインチームにおける対話に影響を与える行動要因を明らかにすることを目的とする。
With the shift to remote work, the primary location of the team's activities has shifted from offline to online. The distance between team members has physically opened up, and since they no longer "share the same space" as in the offline workplace, their interactions with each other have diminished. However, in order to maintain a team and produce high results, it is necessary to prevent the decline in the richness of dialogue within the team. The purpose of this study is to identify behavioral factors that affect dialogue in online teams, targeting teams that use online communication tools and conduct their activities mainly online. - Keywords
