グループワークにおける成果物の質やグループに対する個人の満足度は、グループに属するメンバーの行動特性に影響しているのではないかと推測する。そこでグループ演習型授業を用いて、F・ラルーが提唱したティール組織論をもとに学生の行動特性をタイプ分けしてグループ編成を行い、成果物および満足度の向上にどのような要因が影響を与えているかを考察した。
It is speculated that the quality of deliverables in group work and individual satisfaction with the group may affect the behavioral characteristics of the members belonging to the group. Therefore, using group exercise-type lessons, students' behavioral characteristics are classified into groups based on the teal organization theory advocated by F. Laloux, and what factors influence the improvement of deliverables and satisfaction. I considered whether it was given. - Keywords
