本研究では、都道府県のオープンデータとして公開されているAED設置情報を対象に二次利用に重点を置き、都道府県ごとにどのようにAED設置情報を公開しているか、ファイル書式とAED設置情報について調査した。その結果、47都道府県の内、34%の都道府県がAED設置情報を公開していた。ファイル書式は10種類も見られ、AED設置情報に含まれる利用時間情報の不足は、16件中14件も占めていた。よって、AED設置情報から利用可能であるAED設置地点を正確に見つけるのは難しいと結論付けられる。AEDは緊急時に検索する可能性が高いことから、利用時間情報などが項目としてあるオープンデータを標準化する必要があると考える。
In this study, we focused on the secondary use of AED installation information released as open data by prefectures, and investigated how each prefecture released its AED installation information, file format and AED installation information. The results showed that 34% of the 47 prefectures disclosed information on AED installation. Ten types of file formats were found, and the lack of usage time information included in the AED installation information accounted for 14 out of 16 cases. Therefore, it can be concluded that it is difficult to accurately find AED locations that are available from the AED installation information; since AEDs are most likely to be searched for in an emergency, it is necessary to standardize open data with items such as usage time information. - Keywords
