本稿は、中小板金加工メーカーのデジタルトランスフォーメーション化において、生産現場の実践知がどのように生成・変容していくのかを明らかにすることを目的とする。そのため、現場の実務者が研究者として現場調査を行う創発的ビジネスフィールドリサーチを採用して、生産現場の実践を内部観測法に基づき記述した。そして、知識経営における概念枠組みを用いて実践知の生成・変容について分析と考察を行った。
The purpose of this study is to clarify how the practical knowledge of the production site is generated and transformed in the digital transformation of small and medium-sized sheet metal processing manufacturers. Therefore, we adopted emergent business field research in which a practitioner conducts a field survey as a researcher, and described the practice of the production site based on the internal observation method. We then used the conceptual framework of knowledge management to analyze and discuss generation and transformation of practical knowledge. - Keywords
