近年、企業内での経費に関する手続きが煩雑であると言われている。その一方で経費管理の新しい仕組みが誕生している。本報告では静岡県に本社・工場を持つ企業を対象に現在企業内で使われている主に使われている経費の支払い体系を調査する。その上で、経費管理のレガシーシステムから最新のシステムに移行するためにはどのような要素が必要なのかを考察する。
In recent years, it is said that procedures related to expenses within a company are complicated. On the other hand, a new system for expense management has been born. In this report, we will investigate the payment system of the expenses currently used in the company, targeting the companies with the head office and factories in Shizuoka prefecture. Then, consider what factors are needed to move from the legacy system of expense management to the latest system. - Keywords
