米中比較による中国産業競争力のメカニズム

近年、中国では、情報通信技術（ICT）などのテクノロジーの発展により、製造業など既存の産業に加え、インターネットを基盤とする新経済（ニューエコノミー）が成長しつつある。中国における経済発展は目覚ましく、GDPでは日本を抜いて世界第２位に躍進し１位の米国を凌駕する勢いである。その背景には、市場経済の導入により、産業競争力を急速に高めてきた中国独自のメカニズムが存在する。本稿では、米国との比較により中国の産業競争力について考察し、政策的スペクトラムを明らかにすると共に、産業競争力のメカニズムと今後の中国の方向性について提起する。
In recent years, the development of technologies such as information and communication technology (ICT) has led to the growth of a new economy based on the Internet in addition to existing industries such as manufacturing in China. Economic development in China is remarkable and China has surpassed Japan to become the second largest in the world and surpasses the number one in the United States in terms of GDP. Behind this lies China's unique mechanism, which has rapidly increased its industrial competitiveness through the introduction of the market economy. This paper clarifies China's policy spectrum and proposes the mechanism of industrial competitiveness as well as the future direction of China after consideration of China's industrial competitiveness in comparison with the United States. - Keywords
