デジタル・トランスフォーメーション(DX)の必要性が指摘されてすでに⻑い⼀⽅で、成功事例は多いとは⾔えない。これは、DXを検討している間にデジタル化あるいはAI を含むIT技術の導⼊・更新に変容してしまっていることが理由のである可能性がある。しかしこのアプローチでは業務改善はできても業務の変⾰や戦略の転換にはつながらず、収益構造を改善しないばかりかむしろ多額の出費を⾏うにとどまってしまう可能性がある。デジタルの⼒で変⾰すべきはビジネスプロセスのどこであるかを明⽰することが必要である。本研究ではこれに寄与するものが「包括的なシミュレーション」であることを⽰す。特にシステム・ダイナミクスの有⽤性について述べる。
It has already been a long time since the need for digital transformation (DX) was pointed out. However, there are not many successful examples of DX. This is most likely since many of the attempts to promote DX have turned into the digitalization and renewal of information systems, while they are still in early stages. However, while this approach may improve operations, it does not lead to a change in strategy, and may not even improve the profit structure, but rather may only lead to large expenditures. To succeed in DX, it is essential to identify which business processes should be transformed by digital power. This study shows that "wholistic simulations," in particular system dynamics method, can contribute to this. - Keywords
