我が国農業縮小における果実の生産と流通
日本梨と桃の生産維持的4県について

果樹農業経営体数は全国2015年で農業全体の16.1％に相当し減少率は農業全体より小であるが、全体の生産出荷減少と価格上昇が生じている。果樹統計と果実的野菜統計で17品目が扱われ、日本梨と桃は、結果樹面積と出荷量で品目中の中庸に位置し生食消費で身近である。その産地県の全国シェアと2005年から2018年の生産維持性から各2県を選定し、関連統計を精査した。各県卸売市場安定出荷の一方で県内市町村の果樹所得と既存産地外の生産参加を確認する。産地至近ではローカル流通が維持される。他方、遠隔向け産地縮小は若年層から順次の食文化変容を促進する可能性がある。
Agribusiness diminution in fruits is seen easily in price increase overall. Available data shows the number of total fruits agri entities and for each item farm land and sale quantities, so many of them have declined. Now as case two item Japanese pear and peach are set for which four prefectures being likely sustainable of those plant. There smaller districts and time data could reveal some newly reproductive activities besides social systems acquired also into getting charge of main wholesale markets. Meanwhile the young turn from fruits taking the country identified many centuries. I try to argue the case. - Keywords
