デジタル・トランスフォーメーションをいかに効果的に実行し、成果を享受するかが問われている（Hess 2016）。とりわけ全社視点の企業変革の実践において、ビジネスプロセスと情報システムは相互規定的であることから、ビジネスプロセスの革新における情報システムのフレキシビリティの問題は、マネジメント上の重要課題のひとつである（依田 2013）。
そこで本稿では、先進的な実践が行われるクラウドベースの開発・実行環境におけるアジャイル開発について、その有効性や課題について考察し、情報システムのマネジメント領域における理論的な問題の所在や今後の研究課題について検討する。
The question is how effectively digital transformation can be implemented. In practicing corporate transformation from a company-wide perspective, the issue of flexibility of information systems relating to radical changes in business processes and system operations is one of the management challenges.
This paper discusses the effectiveness and issues of agile development in a cloud-based environment, where advanced practices are being implemented, and examines where the theoretical issues lie in the information system management field. - Keywords
