文化環境に適合した情報システムデザインの成否が社会の情報化の認識に深く関与している。それと同時に、情報システムは人々が生活を営む文化環境における社会的文脈に依拠して認識される。本論文では、システム論と情報論との観点から情報システムの認識枠組みについて考察を深めると共に、その認識枠組みを巡る社会的文脈について議論する。
The key factor of success of the information system design which suited cultural environment are deeply concerned in cognition of social informatization. Simultaneously, an information system is recognized through the social context in the cultural environment. This paper describes a consideration about a cognition framework of an information system from the viewpoints of system theory and an informatics. And, the social context involving the cognition framework is discussed. - Keywords
