行政情報化推進基本計画から約30年が経過し、2021年9月からは行政におけるデータのやり取りの迅速化や、デジタル化による手続きの迅速化などを目指して、デジタル庁が発足する。しかし、国民・住民（ユーザ）としては、政府や自治体を意識することなく適時に最適なサービスが受けられるようにはなっていない。そのような原因は多岐に渡るが、組織の壁問題や人材問題などがあり、適切にデジタル技術を活用できるようにはなっていないことが一因である。
本セッション報告では政府・自治体職員のデータリテラシー問題について議論し、各種教育課程で実施予定のDS教育（データサイエンス）の展望について述べる。
Various IT administration-related plans have been done one after another, and from September 2021, the Digital Agency was established with the aim of speeding up data exchange in the government and speeding up procedures by digitization. do. However, as citizens and residents (users), it is not possible to receive optimal services in a timely manner without being aware of the government and local governments. There are various causes, but one of them is that digital technology cannot be used properly due to organizational wall problems and human resources problems.
In this session report, we will discuss the data literacy issue of government and local government employees, and describe the prospects for DS education (data science) scheduled to be implemented in various curriculums. - Keywords
