ケースメソッドは古くから使われている教育手法である。この方法にあり、既存の学習方法にはない、実験的、試行的に行えるテーマや内容は捨てがたいものである。企業にとって、考え方や創造プロセスの変革と転換が迫られている。経営課題を多様且つ柔軟に解決できる人材が切望される。他の方法では代わることができないケースメソッドによる人材育成の可能性を考察する。
The case method is the education technique used for a long time. This way is experimental & challenging and isn't in leaning method of existence. A company has to do reformation of a way of thinking and a creation process and conversion. The staff who can solve management issues flexibly and flexibly are eagerly awaited. l think the case method has a high possibility to the difficult thing by other ways. - Keywords
