要旨：筆者はERPを経営情報システムと位置づけ業務知識から徹底的にシステムの意義、経営学的な意義、マーケティング、競争戦略への展開を含めた授業を行っている。実務経験の無い学生を対象としたこれらシステムの概念形成のための取り組みを紹介することを本稿は目的とする。具体的にはモノを売る、買う行為の基本の理解から始まり、企業を巡るキャッシュフローまで理解することでシステム的な思考を獲得することを実践している。さらにSORとSOEの違いも理解し、実践的なIT戦略の知識の獲得を狙いとしている。
This report explains education of enterprise management information system with ERP. In this class, students study operational terms and conceptual model. The course includes two perspective. One is an approach from management strategy. The other is an approach from operational knowledge of back office. The scope of this class includes the relationship between operation and accounting. That conceptual understanding will lead both fundamentals of management and information systems. Moreover feature of SOR and SOE are also studied.
